We want you to love what you take home. Here is how exchanges and returns work at Weediculous.
Cannabis products
Cannabis is a regulated product, so once a package has been opened we are not able to take it back. Unopened cannabis in its original sealed packaging can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase with your receipt.
Manufacturer defects
If something is wrong with the product itself, bring it in with the packaging and your receipt. We will document the issue, take it up with the producer on your behalf, and arrange a replacement or a refund once they confirm it. Please leave the product and packaging as they are, since the producer usually needs to see them.
Vapes, batteries and devices
Hardware is covered by the manufacturer warranty. If a battery or device stops working within 30 days, bring it in with your receipt and we will walk you through the warranty claim.
Accessories
Unused accessories in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days with your receipt. For hygiene reasons we are not able to accept anything that has been used.
Recalls
If Health Canada or a producer recalls something you bought from us, bring it back any time and we will refund it in full.

Come see us at 811 Dundas St. W., Unit 2, or email info@weediculous.net with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will take it from there.
Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually land within a few business days. Please bring valid 19+ ID for any in-store exchange.
