These Terms of Service govern your use of weediculous.net, our online shop at shop.weediculous.net, and any order you place with us for pickup or local delivery. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
Weediculous is a cannabis retail store authorized by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario under the Cannabis Licence Act, 2018, operating at 811 Dundas St W, Unit 2, Toronto, Ontario. We sell only cannabis and cannabis accessories obtained lawfully through the Ontario Cannabis Store.
2. You must be 19 or older
Cannabis may only be sold to adults aged 19 or older in Ontario. By using this site you confirm that you are 19 or older.
We verify age at every handover, without exception. You must present valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification when you collect an order in store or receive a delivery. We accept the forms of identification permitted under Ontario law. If you cannot produce acceptable identification, we cannot complete the sale.
We will not sell or hand over cannabis to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or cannabis, or to anyone we reasonably believe is purchasing on behalf of a person under 19. Supplying cannabis to a minor is a criminal offence.
3. Orders
An order placed through our online shop is an offer to purchase. It is not accepted until we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order at any time before handover, including where a product is unavailable, where we cannot verify age or identity, where an order exceeds legal possession limits, or where we suspect the order is not for personal use.
Adults in Ontario may possess up to 30 grams of dried cannabis, or its equivalent in other formats, in a public place. We will not complete an order that would exceed the legal limit in a single transaction.
Product availability reflects our live inventory and can change between the time you order and the time we pick it. If something you ordered is no longer available we will contact you rather than substitute it.
4. Pickup
Pickup orders are collected in store at 811 Dundas St W, Unit 2, during our opening hours. Bring the identification described above. Orders not collected within the period stated in your confirmation may be returned to inventory and refunded.
5. Local delivery
We deliver within our own local delivery area using our own staff. We do not use third-party couriers.
Delivery is available to these Toronto postal code areas: M6J, M5T, M5V, M6K, M6H, M5S, M5G and M5H. Addresses outside this area may order for pickup instead.
Deliveries are made between 9:00 am and 11:00 pm, as required by Ontario law. Delivery times are estimates and are affected by traffic and weather.
An adult aged 19 or older must be present to receive the order and must present valid identification. We cannot leave cannabis at a door, in a mailbox, with a concierge, with a neighbour, or with anyone who cannot produce identification. If nobody eligible is available, the order returns to the store and may be subject to a restocking arrangement, which we will explain to you.
We do not deliver to a public place, a school, a workplace lobby without a named recipient, or any address we reasonably believe is unsuitable.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars and are shown inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. Excise duty is included in the shelf price of cannabis products.
We take care with pricing, but errors happen. If a product is listed at an incorrect price we will contact you before completing the order, and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel without charge.
Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and at the point of handover.
7. Returns and exchanges
Cannabis is regulated differently from ordinary retail goods. Once cannabis has left our store it cannot lawfully be returned to our sellable inventory.
We will always address a product that is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or subject to a recall. Please contact us and keep the product, its packaging and your receipt. Our full approach is set out on our Exchange and Returns page.
We cannot accept a return because you changed your mind about a cannabis product after it has been handed over.
8. What we do not do
We are a retailer, not a healthcare provider. Our staff can explain what is printed on a product label, such as cannabinoid content, format, and packaging date. They cannot give medical advice, recommend a product for a health purpose, or tell you how a product will affect you.

9. Your responsibilities
You agree that you will not resell anything you buy from us, supply it to anyone under 19, carry it across a provincial or international border, or consume it in a place where consumption is prohibited.
Do not drive or operate machinery after using cannabis. Impaired driving is a criminal offence in Canada.
Store cannabis securely and out of the reach of children and pets.
10. Accounts and information you give us
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your delivery address and contact details, and for keeping any account credentials secure. We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. This website
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that the site will be uninterrupted. Product images are illustrative and packaging may differ.
The content of this site, including text, layout and branding, belongs to Weediculous or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Our online shop is provided through a third-party platform. Your use of that shop is also subject to that provider's own terms.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this site or from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the version that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will not apply retroactively to an order already accepted.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction.
