Two ways to get an order out of our shop and into your hands. Both are free, both are same day, and they suit different afternoons.
Pickup is faster, almost always
Order online, choose pickup, and it is bagged and waiting at 811 Dundas St. W., Unit 2 within minutes. There is no queue to stand in and no guessing at what is in stock. If you are already out, or you are in a hurry, pickup wins.
Bring your ID and your order number. The same 19 plus rules apply at the counter as at the door.
Delivery wins on everything else
Free local delivery costs nothing, has no minimum order, and means you do not have to put shoes on. Most local orders land within a couple of hours. It is the better choice when:
- You are settled in and not planning to move
- You are ordering for later rather than right now
- The weather has an opinion
- You are stocking up rather than grabbing one thing
The honest comparison
- Speed: pickup, by a wide margin.
- Cost: tie. Both are free.
- Advice: pickup, if you want to talk it through at the counter.
- Convenience: delivery, obviously.
- Availability: pickup is open to everyone. Delivery depends on your address being inside our local delivery area.
What is the same either way
The price, the shelf, the hours and the ID check. We are open 9am to 11pm, 365 days a year, and delivery runs across those hours. Nobody gets an order without showing valid government-issued photo ID proving they are 19 or older, in store or at the door. The detail is in the ID rules.
One small tip
If you are ordering for an evening with other people in it, choose delivery and place the order earlier in the day. It takes the last errand off the list. There is more on that in ordering for a group.
